I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Missouri. I have been a therapist for 30 years, partnering with clients as they seek to make changes in their lives or situations. I have worked with clients seeking help for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce and separation issues, and family and relationship issues.

My therapeutic style is to provide a welcoming and respectful space to foster open dialogue. I utilize cognitive behavioral and client centered approaches as well as solution focused approaches tailored to my clients' needs. I work with my clients and their families to develop treatment goals that are attainable and ensure that my clients know that they are in charge of their success and treatment.
