I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver, CO with 23 years post-graduate experience as therapist. I have worked with adult clients of all ages addressing various concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, grief/loss, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness strategies to help people better cope with the challenges they face.

Because the client/therapist relationship is the most important factor leading to client satisfaction, I use an informal, empathic, client-centered approach to therapy. It is important that I meet each person where they are at, and help them clearly identify their goals for treatment so that we have a shared objective. My clients say that I am easy to talk to, I'm a very good listener, and that I help them make actual steps toward better coping with their concerns and challenges.
