I am licensed in Colorado with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & intimacy related issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.


I have a lot of experience teaching and counseling young people build relationships with each other which lead to solid lifelong friendships. I have developed a method of teaching youth to increase confidence and build self esteem so meeting new people and increasing self esteem does not have to be a frightening prospect.
