Wow, what a stressful world we live in that can give our mental health the backseat to our crazy, busy, and overwhelming lives. We live in a society that never slows down, our work, career and family never stops. That's where I come in, I am an LPC and want to help people understand that it'OK to slow down and focus on their mental health.
My approach to therapy is friendly, relaxed and enjoyable. I want to make sessions a safe, nonjudgmental place that we can talk and process things in your life. I have experience with clients of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
