Hello!
My name is Mallory Jessee, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher. I have been a licensed therapist since 2015 and became a yoga teacher in 2017. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with a wide variety of clients. My therapy style is very supportive and caring but also pragmatic. I want you to get results and feel better as quickly as possible. I draw primarily on theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Trauma Informed Care. I feel strongly that you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is most often simply seeing your situation with the help of another set of eyes so that you can create your own solutions. As a yoga teacher, I also believe in the importance of the mind/body connection, and I enjoy sharing insights that yoga philosophy can add to the therapy experience.

There is no problem too big or too small to bring to therapy. I have helped people navigate everything from severe mental illness and great loss to career decisions and improving self esteem. I would love to meet you, learn your story, and see how we can work together to positively impact your life.
