I am a licensed therapist in Texas that has experience in treating a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, anger and aggression control, workplace concerns, coping with visual impairment and other disabilities, and coping with symptoms of psychosis.

My counseling style is relaxed, warm, and compassionate. I will listen intently to your concerns, needs, and goals aid you in a process that you are most comfortable with. I facilitate a therapeutic process in which YOU harness the answer and strength to move forward. I believe that every individual possesses the answer within themselves to heal and achieve wellness. It is part of the human experience to grow through connection, positive regard, and support. Counseling is a great way to receive that connection.
