I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 16 years of experience counseling individuals and families dealing with issues of trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, relationship problems, addictions, career challenges, parenting issues and more. My foundational approach to counseling is cognitive and behavioral which deals with individual thinking and behaviors. My counseling style provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental and supportive atmosphere that encourages openness, restoration and healing with treatment tailored to your unique individual need(s). Additionally, for those of you who are seeking faith based Christian counseling, I am also a Christian who specializes in Christian Counseling which focuses on healing the spirit, soul and body.
