I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience based in Texas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, career challenges, and performance enhancement with athletes.

My counseling style uses a person centered foundation empowering my clients to reach their goals. I also use Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance-Commitment, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused tools in my work. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
