Welcome! I am so glad you're here at Find A Therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have been counseling since 2010. I have worked in various school settings with a diverse population of students and caretakers. Some of the issues I have helped my clients with include anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, anger management, and self esteem and confidence.

My approach to therapy is integrative; I often pull from client centered, solution focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Everyone is unique and my strategies, approach, and goals are client driven. I believe in always showing empathy, building rapport and trust, and instilling a sense of hope and strength in clients so that they feel empowered and able to overcome challenges. My goal as a counselor is to work alongside my clients, facilitating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged. I work to set personalized goals with each client so that we can have the most successful counseling relationship possible.
