I have gained valuable clinical experience working with a variety of populations and mental health concerns during my tenure as an outpatient therapist at Peachford Hospital. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC#011297) and received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University.

I have a passion for helping women at various stages on their journey. Life transitions, perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, codependency, boundaries, and relationship concerns are all issues with which I can assist you. When the storms of life head your way – and let’s face it, they will come– it is important to know that you are not alone in your struggles. It’s okay to reach out for help. My style is collaborative, as I work to help you achieve the growth you seek and greater fulfillment in life.

I adjust my approach in counseling to each individual client. I will draw from an eclectic mix of treatment modalities to meet you where you are and address your individual needs. Yet, my style is strongly informed and influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment Theory.
