Building a relationship is the core foundation for long-lasting change in the therapeutic journey. It is important to me that no matter my client's struggles, they feel safe working with me. I work with clients dealing with many different kinds of struggles from anxiety, depression, family issues, divorce/separation, addiction, parenting struggles, and relationship issues. I have also worked with many clients around building self-esteem and self-love. Reaching out for help is the first step in achieving your goals.
