Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri with over 8 years of experience working in mental health.
I have a deep respect for anyone reaching out for help - I recognize how difficult this step is and strive to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to process your troubles.
I am deeply passionate about the mind-body connection and frequently incorporate mindfulness and yoga in to my clinical practice.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I enjoy working with those with anxiety, depression and trauma histories.
I would love to join you on your journey to achieving balance. I always tell my clients that finding a good therapist is a little like dating - you need to find someone you mesh with. I hope to be that person for you.
