I am licensed in New York with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+-related issues, relationship issues, and an array of other concerns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I understand the impact counseling can have on an individual, as well as how difficult it is to start. Taking the initiative to start therapy is always a challenge, but it just takes one step to ignite change. I believe in taking small, incremental, effective steps in addressing each individual's needs, in order to work towards achieving goals.
