I specialize in OCD, relationship issues, and infertility. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all practice, so I believe in tailoring my strategies to meet your unique concerns. I work with children, adults, families & couples. I believe in the power of perspective. Bringing an issue to attention with another person can be an important way to start creating change and hope. I firmly believe that therapy is a wonderful opportunity for growth. My approach is eclectic in nature. However, I emphasize practices within the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
