I am a licensed professional counselor as well as a business leadership and mental fitness coach. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including stress, money stress, time management, and communication. I offer performance EMDR and Equine Assisted Learning to help business owners and leaders move beyond blocks and barriers holding them back from optimal results.

My coaching and counseling style is warm, direct and interactive. Each session is designed to support you right where you are.
