As a counselor, I have several years of experience making true positive progress on many mental health issues. I believe that every person has a unique set of circumstances that differentiate our mental health and ways of thinking and acting. Because we all differ, I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. I believe in nurturing and fostering a strong healthy relationship that enables the expression of one’s own uniqueness, which in turn helps to promote therapeutic mental wellness that is tailor made for each individual. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is skilled at motivating, communicating, and helping my clients find their inner strengths. I work to lead clients to mental clarity and psychological wellness. Together we will make the seemingly impossible into something that is a positive reality.
