Hello and what a pleasure to meet you. I first trained in Respiratory Therapy and was also a Victim Advocate, which gives me insight into treating trauma and Compassion Fatigue in these fields. I also specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness issues, Medical Trauma, Stress, addictions, and Substance Abuse/Addiction. I will treat you as the "whole" person you are through valid therapy modalities as well as offering information, and ideas, regarding nutrition, supplements, and other holistic therapeutic counseling options. I follow a philosophy that you are the expert in your life and I am but a guide. I treat each client according to his/her preferences focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Humanistic, and Person Centered approaches. I have also trained in Internal Family Systems, Compassion Fatigue, Trauma using EMDR, Integrative Mental Health, and much more. I am your guide, your partner, in your journey to gain clarity facing the struggles of stress, illness, emotional/behavioral issues, addiction, relationships, trauma, life change, or everyday life.
