I am licensed in Colorado with 5 years of experience as a therapist. My clinical experience includes working in depth with survivors of sexual assault and abuse, depression, and PTSD. I believe that ultimately, you know yourself best, and it is my role to gently guide you in the healing process. Whether you realize it or not, your body intuitively knows what it needs to heal, and it's my job to encourage that process. I tend to operate with a client-centered lens, and I believe that healing happens best within the confines of an authentic therapeutic relationship. (And that laughter is an important part of the process, too!) Congratulations on seeking something better for yourself, and I'd be honored to play a small role in that process.
