I'm so glad you are reaching out for some help! Many of us in life struggle with things, but it takes so much courage to acknowledge we need help sometimes, and then ask for that help - so, good for you!

I am a family and marriage counselor, as well as a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with over 15 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting problems.

I believe every person has everything needed to heal right inside you, and I love being allowed to witness as you reach inside and reconnect with yourself to make the changes that you want to make. Of course, I provide guidance and an outside perspective that is often useful, but it is going to be awesome helping you resolve your issues and come up with solutions that work for you!

My style is warm and interactive, and my approach combines client-centered (non-directive) therapy, with elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt (experiential), and Transpersonal (relationship and connection with oneself and also connection outside oneself).
