Dr. Wolfe earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Central Florida in 2016 and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in 2019. She conferred her graduate training in 2022 when she graduated with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from NSU. Throughout her graduate training she gained comprehensive experience by conducting psychological services in several settings including inpatient medical, community mental health, VA healthcare systems, and outpatient private practice. Additionally, she fulfilled several teaching and research assistant roles, as well as mental health advocacy roles aimed at promoting suicide awareness and prevention. She completed her predoctoral internship at an integrated primary care office, where she worked with individuals across the lifespan experiencing a range of mental health diagnoses. Dr. Wolfe currently specializes in the psychotherapy treatment of trauma and related disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship distress, women’s issues, and sexual health in adolescents, young adults, and adults. Dr. Wolfe is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and she is certified in the treatment of sexual trauma. Dr. Wolfe also has extensive experience in the administration of various psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Dr. Wolfe’s clinical practice is always informed by evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices within the field. Utilizing these approaches, she enjoys helping individuals feel empowered to direct their own growth and take back power and control in their lives. Dr. Wolfe helps clients gain a greater understanding of themselves, improve their self-concept, enhance their family, romantic, and friendship relationships, define healthy boundaries, develop coping skills, and find healing from distressing events.
