I have over twenty years of experience as a social worker, first in Texas and later in Virginia. I moved to Washington in 2007 where I became licensed as an independent clinical social worker. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationships, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
