I am licensed in Washington with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

My style is warm, reflective, and inquisitive. I work with individuals to navigate through their current struggles and also incorporate insight from past relationships and experiences. My goal is to follow and at times guide individuals toward deeper understanding, helping them find a grounded internal freedom and flexible and satisfying relationships.

I practice from a relationally psychodynamic lens as well as drawing from developmental approaches, using both attachment theory and object relations. Overall, this means I pay attention to what happens in our relationship, between client and therapist, while also observing and reflecting on the stories and experiences people have gathered in their lives, to guide reframe and healing.

It is my honor to know and understand people and help them find greater peace and rest in their lives.
