Hi, I'm Lisa! I'm a therapist, mom, friend, sister, and partner. I've been working for 10 years in the mental health field. I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I work with adults and motivated teens struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and poor self-confidence. I have specialized experience treating trauma and substance abuse, and as a Certified DBT Therapist (C-DBT), I also specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder or Traits. Additionally, I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is the end of significant relationships. I can help you navigate the grief, find meaning in the loss, and build hope moving forward. I believe that change best happens when we learn to accept where we are while simultaneously challenging ourselves to do better. I love watching cat and dog videos, reading, yoga and pilates, my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Shelby, anything Harry Potter, and being a mom.
