My therapeutic approach involves honoring my clients for the strengths they have achieved throughout their lifetime, acknowledging the hardships you have experienced, and supporting you in discovering the beauty and power within yourself while manifesting the person you want to present to your family, friends, and community. My goal with you is to help you gain needed insights to make necessary changes so that you will be exhibiting the power and wisdom you want your loved ones to know. I want you to be able to show your friends, family, and community the beauty that is already inside you. Together, we will learn from our shared wisdom. For most of my career, I have utilized the flexibility of my degrees and licenses to maintain a private psychotherapy practice while also working as a Medical Social Worker in Home Health and Hospice. My goal is to assist you in learning how to uncover your highest self. I honor your background and culture and help you work toward where You want to go in your life. I will join you in your process of honoring the losses you have experienced throughout your lifetime and help you with pursuing Your spiritual healing path. I can assist you with re-processing traumas,, so you can better cope with painful memories. I do my best to remain youthful in mind, spirit, and body.
