I am a generalist therapist using primarily a strength based, solution-focused approach with emphasis on self-compassion. I guide individual adults in the areas of stress, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self esteem, life changes /transitions & general life tune ups. I greet you with respect, sensitivity & compassion, sprinkled with shared laughter. Together, we decide on therapeutic goals to move forward.
