My name is Linsey Watt, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I earned a degree as Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas in 2014. I am a former educator and returned to the school setting after receiving my graduate degree to work as a Professional School Counselor. I have been counseling outside of school for the past 3 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and recently started a private practice full-time.
I am an integrative therapist who utilizes a variety of modalities to help my clients reach their full potential. I believe everyone is created uniquely on purpose, and I strive to design a counseling plan that specifically reflects each client. My particular interests in the field of counseling are anxiety and stress reduction, work-life balance, depression, parenting issues, family problems, ADHD, Spectrum disorders, and trauma recovery. I know every client has it within himself or herself to find healing and a productive way forward, and it's such a pleasure to come alongside my clients on their journey.
