Hi! I'm Lindsey. Have you been feeling stuck lately and have overwhelming thoughts or emotions you just can't seem to manage? Do you find it hard to move on from difficulties faced in the past that continue to impact your present self negatively? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specialize in working with children and young adults to become a better version of themselves by processing trauma, current life stressors, and overall difficult emotions. I believe that you are the foundation for your own success and work to highlight your current abilities in an effort to support continued growth. My passion is helping those who have experienced a traumatic event in being able to become resilient and stronger people moving forward. I often use humor in conversations that seem difficult to face.
