My name is Lindsey Finley. I am a licensed professional counselor with 6 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, panic, and trauma related symptoms.

My therapy style is laid back and supportive. It is my goal to meet you where you are without judgement and empower you to gain understanding of your life and current situation and assist you in developing ways to lead your best and happiest life possible! As a therapist I feel blessed to interact with new and unique individuals daily. In sessions with me you will be treated with respect and compassion. We will work together to create goals tailored specifically to what you are wanting to accomplish!

I use holistic, person-centered approach combined with specific techniques that help you to focus on and understand how your thoughts impact the world around you!
