I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Kentucky and have been working in the field for over 20 years. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and a variety of traumas.
My approach to counseling is to listen to what you need and work with you to develop goals that will help you get to where you want to be. I am a very kind, warm, and supportive individual and I enjoy listening to and talking with others. I use different treatment methods in counseling, some of which are cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
It can be a scary time when you realize that you need to speak with a professional and seek help. It is my hope that I can help you work through those fears and reach the goals that you desire to reach.
