I am licensed in Maryland with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transitions & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change! My approach to therapy is to provide an understanding and compassionate environment to help guide clients towards healing and feeling comfortable to open up about what is significant to them.

I provide a non-judgmental and safe space to help my clients work towards their goals and live their best lives. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults implementing individual and family counseling. I use an integrative, client-centered approach as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-based therapy techniques and other modalities based on client's individual needs and goals.
