Hi there, I am excited that you took this great step! A step to make your emotional and mental well-being a priority.
I am a Licensed Therapists in the states of New York and Maryland. I am also a Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor. I have been a therapist for almost over 7 years. I have worked with clients covering a vast range of issues; including but not limited to Depression,Anxiety, Trauma, Transitional Challenges, Anger Management and Substance Abuse.
My counseling style is one of self-empowerment. I urge you to take ownership of your life, while i help to guide and facilitate you to uncover your answers and ultimately your healing. My preferred therapy techniques to utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Existential Therapy. I will tailor our sessions to best fit your current needs.
