Welcome! I am Linda Seraphin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years in the field. I have an extensive background working with diverse populations and various conditions. I am skilled in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and self-esteem among others. My approach My goal is to give you the tools that will empower you to make the necessary changes (in thoughts, habits, and behaviors) in order to reach your goals. With my direct, yet supportive counseling style, I will help you challenge your current obstacles, and perhaps gain a clearer perspective on your issues. I believe in taking a holistic approach: exploring various areas of your life to better understand you and provide a specific plan of action. My focus I work with diverse populations of young adults, adults, and elders. I work with clients struggling through depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance use as well as other conditions. My communication style I am caring yet direct. I believe in providing honest feedback and direction to my clients in order to support growth rather than stagnation.
