My intention is always about healing. It is no longer about managing and coping with the disturbing thoughts, feelings, sensations, or incidences. I have extensive training and experience with treating trauma and anxiety. My methods help those move beyond PTSD, phobias, generalized anxiety, guilt, anger, grief, etc.

I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral & Mindfulness Base therapy while also incorporating elements of Rapid Resolution Therapy which uses multi-level communication. These advanced methods promote healing and desired change in a unique, gentle and respectful manner.
