I meet my clients where they are at in life. I am grateful for the opportunity to help individuals find meaning in their lives and guide them to empowerment so they can make the healthy changes they want to see in their lives.

My name is Linda Gould, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a full-time Counselor for a law enforcement agency. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis from Walden University. I am a Grief Recovery specialist trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute. I have been trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have provided counseling services in a variety of settings including private practice, adolescent psychiatric hospital, adult psychiatric hospital, sexual assault advocacy center, and county sheriff's office.

I have counseled adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings for anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, psychosis, anger, trauma, family conflict, anger, and abuse. I also have extensive experience working with military service members, veterans, and public safety professionals.
