I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and it has been my privilege to provide mental heatlh services to a wide variety of individuals, children and the elderly. I believe my work is a calling. As a trained psychiatric social worker and clinician, I would define myself as an eclectic therapist, who proviides helpful therapeutic interventions. Some of those interventions consist of cognitive and behavioral therapy, as well as teachings about rational-emotive therapy as well as others. I like to share with couples about Dr John Gottman's work in marital and relationship therapy. My purpose is to help you and hopefully help you find the right resources and desired goals for your life. I like to provide an empowering and enhancing experience for my clients where they feel heard and accepted. I look forward to meeting you and working together, it would be my privilege.
