I work from a holistic framework where we focus on mind, body, and spirit. I help individuals take a deep dive into the self-limiting beliefs that keep them stuck in life. I provide individuals with the tools and framework needed to release their self-limiting beliefs in order to embrace their Authentic Self and align with their Life Purpose. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. My experience includes working with clients that struggle with substance abuse and addiction, depression, anxiety, codependency, life transitions, and lack of life purpose. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Based Compassion Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness.
