Life is unpredictable and can feel overwhelming and exhausting, but you shouldn’t have to keep those feelings bottled up. I can provide you with a safe, non-judgmental platform to express your fears and inner thoughts that often keep you up at night. Together we can work through anything life throws your way. I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in servicing a wide range of ages, from pregnant mothers to adults. As a home-based therapist, I’ve helped families understand and regulate their children’s mental health symptoms and behavioral problems. Much of my experience has been working with individuals struggling with parenting, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, building coping skills, stress, and trauma. I’m available for both in-person and online appointments; I look forward to working with you.
