I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) with a little over 5 years of experience. I graduated in 2016 with my Master's in Counseling from the University of Great Falls, Montana. I worked for my first 2 years in a Community Mental Health Clinic. While I was there I saw a great variety of diagnoses ranging from Depression to Bipolar to Schizophrenia. The last few years I have worked in a more private practice type setting.

My style of counseling is very laid back. I have been told I have a calming presence. I feel that each person has their own unique story to tell and I am honored to be able to hear it. I borrow from some of the most sought out treatment modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Client Centered Therapy. My style is eclectic meaning that I will cater to your needs. I also incorporate humor into therapy when I feel it's appropriate. Laughter is food for the soul. I am so excited to walk beside you on this journey. We will work side by side in coming up with the best treatment plan for you.
