About
Whether it is events of the past that you are struggling to make sense of or current situations that are challenging you, it is my honor to walk alongside you on this journey as you aim to sort it all out. Together, we will work towards healing and gaining insight from your experiences so that you can achieve your fullest potential and live a balanced life. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all all endeavor. As such, my approach is integrative, relational and attuned to the unique needs of each individual I serve. I utilize multiple approaches depending on presenting issues and client preference. Further, I operate from a strengths-based approach as I truly believe that every person has the answer to their struggles within them. Sometimes, we just need a little help from an outside source to uncover those answers and find our truth. I work primarily with adults but have experience working with and am open to seeing adolescents and teens as well. I’ve worked in school-based and community mental health, outpatient settings and have worked extensively with service members and their families. I have effectively provided treatment on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, work-life balance issues, attachment issues, family of origin/adverse childhood experiences, relationships, parenting, life transitions/adjustments, domestic violence and sexual assault. Taking the first step to reach out and face your challenges can be a scary prospect. Just know, that when you are ready to take that first step, I will be here, ready to support you in this process. I am looking forward to our work together!
