Hello, and welcome. Seeking help can sometimes feel intimidating and even nerve wracking. I applaud you for taking the first steps of exploring your options so that you can continue to grow and reach your goals. My own goal is to support you along the way, and provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to navigate both life's challenges, as well as life's opportunities.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in the state of Missouri. I am skilled in counseling relating to adjustment issues, stress, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, work/life balance, career challenges, chronic health issues, body image, and LGBTQ+ issues. In my work, I have gained experience working in a variety of settings, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counseling, crisis counseling with a state hotline, ER assessments, and assessments with various age groups in an outpatient mental health center. I describe my approach as eclectic, and I draw from Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Family Systems theories to sculpt treatment that is tailored for your own needs and goals. However, no matter the approach, for treatment to be successful, as a client, you need to feel respected and heard in your therapeutic relationship. My cornerstone in practice is unconditional positive regard, empathy, and respect.
