I am certified in CBT-D ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression), CBT-I ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IBCT (Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy ) as well as CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) along with a plethora of theoretical approaches.
My therapy style is engaging clients while displaying empathy, respect and a genuine concern for your well-being, coupled with respect and therapeutic support for what concerns you bring to the sessions.
