I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Tennessee and have served in several mental health disciplinaries over the past nine years, including jail systems, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, community mental health, and addiction. My therapeutic approach is personalized to the individual and is eclectic in nature. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solutions-focused interventions. My goal is to help individuals come to their own conclusions and create their own paths moving forward in life. Acknowledging the desire to make changes is the first step in becoming a healthier version of yourself and I am here to assist in the journey!
