Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the St. Louis, Missouri area with 10+ years of clinical experience. I grew up in the St. Louis area and my family and I moved back here in January after 17 years away for my undergraduate (CMSU/UCM) and graduate studies (UMKC), both in social work. I have clinical background with refugee families, counseling for children and families in the foster and reunification settings, as a day-treatment counselor with K-6th graders, outpatient and in-home therapy for all ages and backgrounds.
I strive to be a safe place for you and your loved ones. I have experience in Trauma-Informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, and more for ages 5 and up. My areas of specialty are mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD/ADD, sensory processing challenges, parenting children with special needs, gender and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ+) identity.
