It is my goal to work with you to create a safe haven for you to process, rest, and heal as you recover from the unexpected life interruptions. No matter what that looks like for you, it is my goal to help you create a life you are excited to live.

I am a licensed professional counselor with a decade and a half of clinical experience. I work with people of various background to help restore hope in the midst of challenging situations, relationships and families. It is my passion to walk with each client on their journey to wholeness and healing. My expertise is in the areas of relational trauma and chronic invalidation. My goal with each client is to help them recover and experience freedom to be themselves, who they truly are, and who they are meant to be. I compassionately teaches the skills you need in order to achieve emotional freedom, as well as effective and satisfying relationships.
