Laura has experience working in inpatient psychiatric and residential treatment facilities as well as non-profit work with victims of abuse. Laura has worked with various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders. She also has advanced training in TF-CBT and EMDR. Laura chose to work in mental healthcare because wants to help individuals feel comfortable talking about their stress and challenges in a safe, nurturing environment free of judgment. In her free time, her interests include spending time with her two sons, attending bowling league, going to country concerts and spontaneous road trips.
