I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked in the field of mental health since 2016. My experience includes counseling individuals, groups, couples, and families. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to assist clients in managing stress related issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and anger. I counsel couples and families utilizing assessments and therapy interventions to help strengthen and enrich relationships, improve communication skills, and manage conflicts. I am PREPARE/ENRICH assessment certified.
