I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am able to provide services to those residing in Missouri, Colorado, and Florida. I have many years of experience in helping individuals to manage and overcome their challenges and learn to create the fulfilling lives they are seeking. It is my goal to help guide you through whatever you’re facing so that you don't have to walk through it alone.

In counseling, I strive to first understand what you are experiencing and provide a source of support. Once we have identified the areas that you would like to work on, we will discuss the best path to move you closer to your goals. Often, that includes a combination of drawing upon the strengths you already possess, incorporating additional knowledge and tools, and utilizing the support and guidance around you to move forward.
