Hi, I am a compassionate Counselor with knowledge and experience necessary to help you unpack pain, heal and become healthy. I will help you understand how trauma affects emotions, thoughts and behavior. I have experience providing individual, family, and couples therapy. I teach healthy coping skills and assist clients with identifying triggers and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Along with identifying the triggers and symptoms I teach relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help clients reduce depressed mood and negative thinking. I help clients with mood disorders learn to manage their moods.
