Hi, my name is LaShell Pope. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who loves working with adolescents and adults in diverse populations of different races, cultures, and ethnicities. My approach My mode of therapy is collaborative. I do this by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Bowenian therapy to help my clients succeed. My focus My approach is to journey with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and different mood disorders. I am also passionate about relationship management, offering pre-marital and marriage counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and spiritual therapy as a certified Trainer/Facilitator with Prepare-Enrich and Level 1 Gottman certified therapist.
