Greetings, I am Laporshe, LPC. Taking the first step in seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage! I am here to support you in that process. I have experience in helping clients with managing stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, self -esteem, self-confidence, setting boundaries as well as helping clients understand their diagnosis such as Bipolar Disorder, MDD, and Psychosis. It can be really hard to start difficult conversations with others. Dealing with so many stressors at once can be overwhelming, but the good thing is with support it feels that these difficulties can be managed, and we can work on these current concerns together as a team. I'm never overwhelmed by your problems, even though you might be, I am confident that we can work towards building a trusting relationship, and I will be a part of your support system along this journey. I've helped other clients with issues, and I'm hopeful that we can work well together and that my therapeutic approach will help. During our first session, we will get to know one another better, explore your concerns, and from there we can create goals that will help you navigate your concerns and grow throughout this process.
